Pláticas & Limpias are intimate 90-minute sessions rooted in Black, Indigenous and ancestral healing traditions that understand conversation, prayer, ritual and spiritual cleansing as forms of medicine.
A plática is more than just talking. It is a space to be witnessed honestly and held with care. Together we move through reflection, storytelling, guidance and whatever is sitting heavy on the Spirit. A limpia is a spiritual cleansing meant to help clear heaviness, stagnation and energetic residue carried through grief, stress, conflict, transition or survival. Depending on the session, this may include prayer, smoke cleansing, herbal work, water, candles, sound, touch or other ancestral practices guided intuitively and with intention.
These sessions are deeply relational, intuitive and rooted in the belief that healing was never meant to happen in isolation. This offering is for those seeking spiritual grounding, clarity, release, reconnection and care through ancestral practice and community wisdom. This is a spiritual and cultural offering and is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.
