Spring is the season of renewal. As the earth awakens, our bodies and spirits are also called to release what has been heavy and make space for growth.
In this class, we will explore traditional herbal practices that support the body’s natural transition into spring. Together we’ll learn how specific herbs help gently cleanse, nourish and restore balance after the slower winter months.
Rooted in Black, Indigenous and ancestral plant traditions, this workshop will introduce herbs that support digestion, energy, immunity and seasonal reset. Participants will leave with practical knowledge they can begin using right away to support their own wellness and the wellness of their families.
During our time together we will explore:
• The role of seasonal herbalism and why spring is a time for renewal
• Herbs that support gentle detoxification and liver health
• Plant allies that boost energy and immune function after winter
• How to incorporate spring herbs into teas, daily rituals and home remedies
• Simple ways to reconnect with the rhythms of the season
This class is welcoming to beginners and anyone curious about learning how herbal medicine can become part of everyday care.
Food and childcare are provided so participants can be fully present in the learning space.
Attendance is intentionally limited to honor care, conversation and community.
